Take your landmine workout to the next level with the Hammer Sleeve Attachment from Titan Fitness™. This versatile attachment allows you to perform a multitude of unilateral movements which activates more core muscles than bilateral movements. The extension length not only increases difficulty but also allows you more room to perform single leg RDL's without running into your weight. The typical 2-in. barbell sleeve can be hard to get a grip on so we designed this attachment with a 1 1/3-in. bar for a more secure grip.
