The Incline Weight Bench is constructed to set the back flat, at an incline, or positioned upright. The stable base will hold a weight capacity of 650-pounds and features several back and seat position adjustments to best accommodate your height and exercise preference. Perform bench presses, pullovers, kickbacks, and extensions while lying flat; indulge in inclines, rows, and flies within the seven adjustable incline stops, or focus on seated strength workouts like dumbbell curls, shoulder presses, military presses, and more in the upright position. This versatile, adjustable weight bench is pully portable, comfortable, and ready to handle your highest-level performance.
IMPROVED VERSION 2: In our version 2 Incline Bench, we have adjusted the seat height to be slightly lower than version 1, at 17.5-inches, making it closer to competition height. We have also redesigned the base of the bench to add stability, so you can be confident as you add this bench to your home gym lineup.
