Take your grip strength workouts to the next level with the Plate-Loaded Leverage Block. This 2-in. wide by 6-in. long block is a compact but effective tool for building wrist and hand strength through pinch exercises. The 10-in. long plate loadable sleeve lets you add and increase weight or place your weight exactly where you want it for greater resistance when doing leverage curls. You will feel a significant difference in difficulty from a 10 LB weight being close to the block and moving it to the end of the weight post when doing curl movements.
