The Loadable Strongman Keg is constructed for the highest-level performance while training for various strongman events. It is designed as an alternative to heavy balls, sandbags, and stones. Built from durable steel, this 136 LB empty vessel features an Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, removable steel spacers, laser-cut handles, and a dual-handled turnstile to ensure the plates are secured during the workout.
