The Low Bar Push Pull Drag Sled with a deluxe harness is a professional-grade training sled that covers many fitness opportunities. This power sled is designed to create resistance through pushing and pulling motions, and with added Olympic-sized weight plates, the exercises become more challenging. Adjust the deluxe harness to focus on different muscle groups and improve your running form. Perform forward-facing drags to increase speed development, primarily targeting your posterior chain, while backward-facing drags are a great way to build quadricep strength. Using the handlebar to push the sled is also a great way to build up your hamstrings.
