With the Parallel Landmine Handle you can take your existing barbell and landmine training to the next level. Available in fat grip handle diameters, this strength attachment easily slides onto your Olympic barbell sleeve for a precise fit. Designed to improve your muscle engagement and grip strength, the static parallel handles target more muscle groups over towel or strap landmine handles.
