The Pivoting Reflex Trainer mounts to any wall or T-3 Series Power Rack. This wall-mounted trainer is designed to intuitively boost fitness reflexes for boxers, fighters, karate enthusiasts, athletes, and more. Strike the padded target and watch as it doubles back around, challenging you to either strike again – or dodge! The reflex trainers are made of a tough, dependable steel body with a light but sturdy padded swing bar. Powder-coated paint on the frame means you don’t have to worry about early rust or scuffing on your workout equipment. The arm swing is detachable, where it meets the rest of the frame. This will easily mount to your T-3 Series Power Rack or other power racks with an 11/16-inch hole diameter. The height can be adjusted with the reflex trainer, accommodating athletes and enthusiasts of all sizes.
