Improve your posture, core strength, and develop a strong back with the versatile, adjustable Plate Loaded Seated Row Machine. This specialty machine is constructed to develop a solid middle back and strengthen your lats and delts for the highest level of performance. Built with tough, solid steel construction, the unit is adjustable to suit various heights and virtually every body type. This Seated Rowing Machine features two handgrip styles (vertical and horizontal) to help isolate and target resistance to your middle back. Crafted as an Olympic plate-loaded system that allows for a weight capacity of up to 220-pounds, it quickly increases your resistance over time to expand your fitness routine.
