The Power Strike Punching Bag is designed specifically for heavy-handed punches and kicks built with a mid-diameter of 68.875-inches. Packed with shredded and blended poly-microfiber and sand filling, this heavy-duty, durable punching bag is crafted for maximum results and longevity. Constructed from a rugged cross-stitched canvas that adds strength to the shell for all punches, strikes, and kicks. The bag features a top hanging system with three double-layered nylon straps connected with carabiner snap hooks attached to the 3-panel steel chains, which hook onto a 360-degree fixing. Additionally, we have included a bottom tie-down D-ring to secure to the floor.
