The Single Post Competition Flat Bench is designed to give athletes more room for setting their feet during a bench press. The stable tripod base is easy to level providing a set of rubber feet to further assist in floor protection and preventing movement. Featuring a thick pad with enhanced HeftyGrip vinyl upholstery, a front handle, and rear wheels for easy transport; when not in use, the competition bench can be stored upright for better space efficiency. Perform a wide variety of exercises, including bench presses, pullovers, rows, triceps extensions, and curls. This Competition Flat Bench is everything you will want in a bench.
