The Stackable Jerk Blocks by Titan Fitness® are a great addition to any gym; you can use them to focus on position work for Olympic lifts like the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk or squatting movements. Save your energy for working reps by starting directly from the front rack position and not having to clean your weight on the first rep. The blocks are composed of 6, 12, and 15-inch heights; customize the height of your Jerk Blocks with numerous combinations to work through different sticking points on your Deadlift. The blocks are constructed from high-quality plywood and feature individual heights on each panel, built-in handle slots for easy moving/carrying, and a vinyl-covered silencer pad that sits within the 6-inch frame.
SILENT PLATFORM: The silencer pad features thick, high-density foam and a PVC cover built to absorb and diffuse the noise and vibration associated with heavy barbell drops.
ADJUSTABLE SETTINGS: The wooden blocks are stackable with 3 different height options to accommodate all athletes. The block's 6, 12, and 15-inch heights are not only great for jerk performances but can also assist in modified snatch and clean exercises.
FULLY ASSEMBLED: Stackable Jerk Blocks come fully assembled including the stoppers to prevent weight roll-off. And the stoppers are inset for easy alignment and stacking of the boxes.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION: Each block is constructed from 0.6875-inch of high-quality plywood with interlocking puzzle joints and a reinforced internal structure to strengthen the boxes. All panels are rounded for safety and precision corner joints for quick and secure assembly. Built-in handles also make the blocks conveniently portable.
DIMENSIONS: The blocks are composed of 6, 12, and 15-inch heights all with an overall length of 35.5-inches, a width of 19.5-inches, and the frame has a thickness of 0.6875-inches. The silencer pad measures 24.25-inches long, 18-inches wide, and sits 4.75-inches tall.
