The Titan Standing Back Extension Machine is a fully adjustable unit allowing the user to perform a wide variety of posterior chain exercises. By adjusting the height or angle of the main pad in combination with the foot roller, your workout possibilities are endless and it's suitable for almost all sizes of athletes. Use the two removable band pegs or the two fixed band pegs for added difficulty!
