The Battle Rope Anchor mounts to your T-3 or X-3 Series Power Racks to allow athletes to maximize the use of their battle ropes or straps. This D-shaped rack accessory, constructed from durable steel, features a thick mounting plate with mounting holes spaced 12-inches on the center. The 32mm ring provides enough room to loop ropes or straps up to four inches to perform high-intensity slams, double waves, lateral whips, spirals, and more. Battle ropes are a great conditioning tool for a full-body workout focusing on increasing muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning. The Battle Rope Anchor is meant for athletes' training to increase power, build core strength, and improve explosiveness.
