Titan Fitness™ popular wrist roller now available in a rack mounted version for your T-3 Power Rack! Simply run the loop around the handle of a kettlebell or dumbbell or attach a loading pin with the included carabiner and feel the burn

- Knurled six inch handles give you plenty of space and grip to work your forearms.
- Included carabiner allows you to attach a loading pin for easy weight adjustments for drop sets or when working with a partner.
- Can be detached from the rack mounted J-hook by loosening the set screw and becoming a stand-alone wrist roller to work your shoulders at the same time.
