Product Overview
The Seal Row Bar is designed to enhance prone rows with elevated handles that provide greater floor clearance and a deeper range of motion. The 8.5" handle drop allows you to get into position on an adjustable incline bench or seal row bench and grab the bar without the need for racks or blocks. Use it for seal rows, prone rows, incline bench rows, bent-over rows, and rack pulls.
Built from solid steel with a durable black powder-coated finish, this bar is made for demanding training. Medium diamond knurling provides a secure, comfortable grip, while the fully welded construction delivers lasting strength and stability. The bar accommodates Olympic-sized weight plates for versatile strength training.
