Product Overview
Build core stability and lower back strength with one machine. Crunch forward with the pad in front of your chest for ab work and backward with the pad behind you for back extensions. Five pad positions let you achieve a natural range of motion, while the low-profile seat back keeps your form tight without restricting movement.
Lock in your resistance in seconds with the 200 LB weight stack, adjustable in 10 LB increments using the magnetic weight selector pin. With a 1:1 pulley ratio, what you set is what you lift. Four machined pulleys and 5mm commercial-grade nylon cables paired with a spiral cable cam keep resistance smooth and controlled.
Stainless steel guide rods, laser-cut arm pin plates, and anodized red aluminum hardware keep this unit steady, while front and back weight stack guards keep every rep safe.
