Product Overview
This machine lets you switch between pec flys and rear delt exercises in seconds, without switching machines. Dial in your resistance fast with a 200 LB weight stack, adjustable in 10 LB increments using a magnetic weight selector pin. Seven machined aluminum pulleys and 5mm commercial-grade nylon cables deliver fluid pulls through every rep.
Laser-cut indexing keeps every rep repeatable, while dual-grip handles let you quickly switch between a vertical grip for pec flys and a horizontal grip for reverse deltoid sets. Adjust your starting point with seven arm positions for a natural range of motion and lock in your alignment with the adjustable seat.
