Designed to Reduce the Risk of Injury
Unlike other belt squat machines, the SquatMax-MD transfers the weight load from your back to your hips for safer, more effective squats. This creates a true vertical line of drive that reduces the risk of injury and prevents spinal compression while still delivering major lower body strength training - and it fires up your core and builds strength in the muscles that support spine stability.
Impressive 1,000 LB Capacity
Add up to 1,000 LB of weight plates to the nylon belt for a serious glute, quad and hamstring workout - and use the band pegs to add additional resistance at the top of your squats without straining your knees or lower back. This belt squat machine also comes with a transformer pin to intensify the movement and alter the angle of the load for even more posterior chain activation.
True 1:1 Ratio for Increased Muscle Activation
Designed with a loading pin and guide rod, the SquatMax-MD forces perfect form for safer lifting and provides a true 1:1 ratio for consistent, controlled resistance throughout the entire squat. By keeping the weight fully under the hips, resistance is transmitted directly to the user, ensuring that all muscles used in a real barbell squat are fully activated. Built for Comfort & Convenience
This rugged machine is built with an 11-gauge steel frame, 48mm Olympic weight sleeves, and 32mm knurled handles. The SquatMax-MD features an adjustable polyurethane vinyl seat, nylon mounted J Cups to minimize noise, a front handle, and rear wheels for easily moving the machine around your space.
