Product Overview
Perform hip thrusts with stable positioning, smooth guided movement, and heavy plate-loaded resistance for comfortable, effective glute work without the setup demands of traditional barbell training. This vertical hip thrust machine features thick, high-density lower leg and thigh pads for cushioned support that reduces pressure points while supporting powerful hip extension through every rep. The upright design keeps you locked into the movement for stronger hip drive, consistent reps, and focused glute engagement.
Dial in a secure training position with six thigh pad height settings in 25mm increments and three adjustable thrust angles. The thigh pad can also be moved to a 90° angle for quick entry and exit. 18" knurled handles offer multiple grip positions, while non-slip platforms provide confident footing during heavy sets.
With a 440 LB weight plate capacity and a compact footprint, this heavy-duty machine is built for demanding glute work with progressive overload. Load plates on the Olympic plate sleeves for serious resistance training or attach bands to the integrated band pegs for added tension and increased intensity.
