This double D-shaped cable handle comfortably isolates muscles in your arms and back. The ergonomic design allows for a neutral hand position, promoting a full range of motion and eliminating wrist, elbow, and shoulder strain. Designed for comfortable control, it features knurling for a rock-solid grip during lat pulldowns, seated cable rows, and tricep pushdowns. Built with sleek chrome-plated solid steel and exceptional welding, this attachment is built tough for intense workouts and safe lifting. Install it on any functional trainer, lat tower, pulley tower, cable crossover, or smith machine with a carabiner or clip connection point (Carabiner not included.)
