Designed with QuickSlide™ tech, height changes are as simple as pulling the trigger, tilting the J-Hook back, choosing your height, then tilting forward to lock it in. That means no pins and no removing your J-Hooks from your rack to adjust. Built-in rollers let your bar glide side-to-side for easy centering, so all your effort goes toward your workout. These J-Hooks fit TITAN Series power racks and barbells of all sizes, from standard to oversized squat bars. Sold as a matched left and right pair.
