For everyone, from beginners to bodybuilding enthusiasts, this Wall/Ceiling Anchor Attachment can be used with other suspension resistance trainers and straps for a professional, hardcore workout. Whether you are using Titan Straps, Ropes, or other equipment, this mount helps you work out your back, core, shoulders, and arms for a fully comprehensive workout. The ceiling anchor is made of tough steel featuring crossing bars of the “X” attached securely to a circular metal plate for fail-proof stability and safety. This mounting attachment also comes with bolts that fit precisely. These bolts allow you to secure the mount to wood studs in the wall or ceiling. Once it has been attached, the mount can be used for a wide variety of exercises, including stretch exercises for your muscles, workout prep, muscular endurance, and more. It also doubles as a storage device.
