The Weighted Wheelbarrow is a professional-grade training sled ideal for stability and conditioning carries. This plate-loaded wheelbarrow is designed for grip strength training and pushing and pulling motions. It features four areas to add Olympic-sized weight plates, dual vertical weight sleeves, and long handles doubling as weight posts. This multi-function wheelbarrow is your solution to grander strength training that can handle various indoor and outdoor workouts.
NOTE: The four weight posts must be loaded evenly with weight plates with a maximum of 200 LB per weight post. Do NOT drop the wheelbarrow from standing height when loaded with plates.
