Product Overview
Constructed from heavy-duty 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel, the Flip-Down Safety Bars feature a J-hook style mounting system that installs in seconds—simply insert the pin and twist down. No hardware required.
A full-length nylon liner protects both your barbell knurl and power rack uprights. Designed for athletes training solo or pushing for a PR, these safeties offer peace of mind by catching failed reps and supporting a combined weight capacity of 1,600 LB. They also double as a pulling platform for added versatility.
Available in 24" and 36" depths for X-3 Series Bolt-Down Power Racks, and 30" depth for the X-3 Flat Foot Power Rack.
