Product Overview
Take your upper body training to the next level with the Y-Dip Attachment, designed to target your chest, triceps, shoulders, and core. Built from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, this attachment supports up to 550 LB, making it ideal for both bodyweight and weighted dips.
The dual 48mm grip handles are angled to let you adjust your focus - go narrow for triceps isolation or wide for chest and shoulder activation. With a usable grip range from 20" to 25.5", you’ll find the perfect fit for your workout.
Installation is quick and secure thanks to the simple pin-and-mount system, allowing you to set up in seconds. Beyond dips, the Y-Dip Bar also supports knee raises and leg lifts for effective ab training.
Note: If your rack isn't bolted or secured to the ground, use the Y-Dip on the inside of the rack for safe performance.
