Product Overview
The Pro-Duty 3-in-1 Wooden Plyometric Box gives young athletes three training heights in one with 12", 14", and 16" sides to progressively build explosive power, speed, agility, and coordination. Constructed from high-quality plywood with interlocking puzzle joints, it features a textured, non-slip black surface that provides secure footing and helps keep the box stable during workouts.
With a 180 LB weight capacity, this versatile plyo box is ideal for box jumps, step-ups, push-ups, dips, lateral movements, footwork drills, and other full-body exercises.
Note: Always land in the center of the box. Not recommended for use on slick or slippery floors.
