With a combined rackable weight capacity of 1,000 LB, these roller j-hooks allow your bar to effortlessly glide on and off and side-to-side with heavy duty nylon rollers for easy centering and setup during heavy lifts. Equipped with a secure 24mm quick-release locking pop-pin, adjusting the height of your j-hooks has never been easier. Lock them in place with only half a turn and train with peace of mind, knowing your bar is rock-steady when it’s racked. Protective nylon liners on the backplate, lip, and frame reduces noise and wear on your barbell and rack while you lift.
