These barbell accessories seamlessly slide over your standard Olympic barbell sleeve, creating a 15" cambered drop for the weight sleeves. This adjustment stabilizes your center of gravity, enhancing exercise safety.
Whether incorporated into bench presses, box squats, or good mornings, these attachments encourage a hand placement on the upper part of the barbell, with the weight plates positioned lower than a traditional barbell. This modification refines your physique, introduces a unique stimulus to your workout, and optimizes traditional techniques.
NOTE: Titan recommends placing barbell collars on the outside of the camber bar attachment for added safety
