These gymnastics rings are perfect for any gymnast, from beginner to advanced — and can even be used in functional fitness and strength training routines to tone and tighten your upper body with ring dips, pull-ups, ring rows and more.
Crafted with sturdy wood, these fitness rings have a smooth feel and a non-slip stick that works well with or without chalk. And they have a 28mm ring width, built to FIG standards set by the International Gymnastics Federation and are the standard size used in competitions.
