Product Overview
Elevate your strength training with the 6 FT Heavy-Duty Chains. This set includes two 5/8" chains with carabiners to add resistance to deadlifts, back squats, bench presses, and more. As you lift, resistance gradually increases toward the top of the movement, helping build explosive power, improve acceleration, and develop strength through every rep.
NOTE: A connector chain is recommended to position the weight chains at a low hang on the barbell.
