Product Overview
Combine heavy-duty pulling movements and versatile functional training in one streamlined plate-loaded cable machine. This cable system provides a 1:1 ratio for lat pulldowns and low rows and a 2:1 ratio for functional exercises like tricep extensions and chest flys. Four storage weight plate sleeves keep your plates close, and your training area organized.
31 numbered pulley positions allow for precise cable height adjustments, while the adjustable trolley lets you find the right setup for your height. The lat pulldown seat adjusts to seven angles and doubles as a chest pad for supported rows while the thigh pad offers seven height settings. Both the seat and adjustable footplate can be stored on the storage column when not in use.
Constructed with a robust 3" x 3" frame, this machine delivers exceptionally smooth performance through every rep with solid 20mm diameter guide rods and 17 anodized aluminum pulleys.
A large double-sided pegboard and versatile storage column keep your accessories organized, with the storage column mounting on the right or left side of your machine for a customized setup that fits your space – pegs and 8 pegboard storage hooks included. The machine also comes with a full accessory kit – knurled D-handle straps, tricep rope, multi-grip curl bar, knurled lat pulldown bar, short bar, sport handle, ankle cuff, and a stainless-steel carabiner.
