Product Overview
Target your back with focused, supported rowing using the Plate-Loaded Chest Supported T-Bar Row Machine. The padded chest support helps keep your upper body stable and properly positioned, allowing you to focus on your back, lats, biceps, and shoulders while reducing strain on your lower back. An adjustable diamond-textured footplate helps you find a comfortable position, while vertical and horizontal grip handles let you vary your rowing position.
Perform T-Bar Rows, Chest-Supported Rows, Single-Arm Rows, and Wide or Narrow-Grip Rows with up to 400 LB of Olympic-sized bumper plates. The 13.5" weighted sleeve provides room for heavy loading, while the supported position gives you a stable base for controlled, focused reps.
