The Independent Spotter Stands are designed for Bench Press training, requiring a flat or incline bench. Built-in two pieces, the stands feature a wide top catch, eight adjustable heights, and a wide base design. Extremely stable, the frames can hold a weight capacity of up to 700-pounds.
