Product Overview
The Loading Pin is designed to improve your overall grip strength. Crafted with a built-in connector at the top of the pin to attach a strap, carabiner, or rope compatible with a wide range of handles, pulleys, and straps. Load any Olympic-size plate or bumper onto the sleeve, secure your favorite grip attachment, and perform a wide range of strength training exercises. If you are interested in starting grip strength training, this is the perfect tool to build your arms and hand muscles. You can also work out your shoulders, pecs, biceps, triceps, and more.
