Train harder with less strain using the Titan Fitness Marrs-Bar™. Designed to position the load lower than traditional straight bars and standard safety squat bars, the Marrs-Bar closely mimics a low-bar squat for improved stability and reduced discomfort during heavy lifts. Ideal for athletes recovering from injury, rehabbing, or managing joint pain, this specialty bar supports both front and back squat variations while promoting safer movement patterns.
The patented 45-degree camber design helps stabilize your center of gravity and encourages proper squat mechanics to reduce stress on the back and spine. High-density removable foam padding and the thicker snap-on harness help minimize pressure on the shoulders, neck, wrists, and elbows for a more comfortable training experience.
Built for serious strength work, the Marrs-Bar features 16.25" anti-scratch chrome sleeves compatible with Olympic weight plates and is rated to support up to 1,200 LB. The 43mm easy-grip handles provide added control and comfort, while the balanced design allows for hands-free use during many movements once the plates are loaded.
