When I started my own fitness journey, I spent years wading through an endless sea of BS and useless supplements in order to figure out what was going to help me feel my best and perform at the highest level, and that’s the very reason I decided to develop this pre-workout. Promix sources nothing but the highest quality ingredients and we included research-proven effective doses of caffeine for energy, beta alanine for increased muscle endurance and recovery, and l-citrulline to improve blood flow which allows oxygen/nutrients to reach the muscles more efficiently in every serving.
