The Rack Mount Neck Machine is a 4-way neck attachment (front, back, left, right) that works all neck muscles. This versatile plate-loaded rack attachment can be used for neck, upper and lower bodywork like abductor/adductor movements, knee raises, hip rotations, and leg curls. Featuring a 10" long pad with a 5" diameter, double pillow block bearing for a smooth rotation, and 6 holes that make this rack-mounted neck machine compatible with the front of your T-3, X-3, or TITAN Series Racks. This rack-mounted machine presents all the benefits of the full-size Plate Loaded Neck Machine while providing extra space in your home gym.
