Product Overview
The Rackable EZ Curl Fat Bar is rated for 1,000 LB and is designed for curls, skull crushers, preacher curls, spider curls, and other isolation exercises. The 48mm fat grip increases grip engagement, while the angled handles help reduce wrist and elbow strain. Multiple grip positions allow for wide or narrow hand placement to target different muscles.
The bar features medium diamond knurling for a secure grip and 10 inches of loadable sleeve length on each side to fit Olympic weight plates. Bronze bushings provide smooth sleeve rotation during lifts.
Made from 110,000 PSI tensile strength steel with a hard chrome finish, this rackable EZ curl bar is built for repeated use and resists corrosion and wear. It's designed to train the biceps, triceps, forearms, and grip.
