This Elite Series adjustable FID bench provides flat, incline, and decline positions for a killer full-body workout and features four seat pad positions and six back pad positions from 0-85 degrees. Adjust your workout bench using the laser cut numbers on the adjustment ladder and front adjustment post to target different muscle groups. This bench has an impressive 1,000 LB flat weight capacity and a 500 LB incline weight capacity for wobble-free workouts and a longer service life for your bench while the tripod design ensures proper foot placement. Foam foot anchors keep you stable when performing exercises like decline bench presses and decline sit-ups. Use your bench then fold it away. This space-saving model features rear wheels and a knurled handle for easy portability and stores upright in seconds. Made with 11-gauge steel and HeftyGrip vinyl cover, this bench is made for long-lasting use and has durable anodized adjustment knobs and rubber feet for added stability.
