This all-in-one plyometric specialty machine replaces the need to buy multiple soft or wooden Plyo Boxes. Adapted with a weight-stack counterweight system that features aluminum pulleys with an aircraft-grade cable, a slip-free firm foam landing surface, welded-on wheels to move the specialty machine around quickly, and rubber feet to prevent skidding while jumping.
