Transform your power rack into a Smith Machine. This guided-bar attachment delivers locked-in control and a smooth vertical path for safer solo lifts, squats, presses, and more - no spotter needed. Designed to fit the X-3 Series power rack, it can be mounted to any pair of uprights on your rack - front, back, or extension kit uprights. This setup comes with a Smith bar, guide rods, safety stops, spotter hooks, and mounting hardware. Pair the Vertical Leg Press add-on for safe solo leg presses. NOTE: The Smith Machine Rack Attachment is not compatible with the X-3 Series Flat Foot Power Rack
