The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty Olympic barbell designed to reduce wrist and shoulder strain while providing multiple grip options for targeted training. Its 2" camber increases range of motion and creates a deeper stretch at the bottom of each rep, while the angled design helps position your hands in a more natural, shoulder-friendly position.
Three knurled grip sets offer narrow, medium, and wide hand positions for varied training. The 30° angled grips are spaced 10" apart, while the two sets of neutral grips are spaced 20" and 28.5" apart. A single center knurl mark helps with consistent bar positioning.
Use the different grip widths to target specific muscle groups during exercises like bench presses and rows. The combination of angled neutral grips and cambered construction provides a comfortable, versatile alternative to a standard straight barbell.
