The Lever Curl Dumbbell by Titan Fitness® is Olympic plate-loaded grip bar designed to work the front upper arm and the lower arm muscles. Sold individually, this lever dumbbell is fully adjustable, allowing you to apply more tension at any point in the movement. Featuring a smooth grip handle, three adjustable pad settings, and five adjustable change settings. The closer the adjustment (45-degree angle) will work the top half of the bicep, and fully extending the lever will work the bottom half of the bicep. This lever bar is a must for anyone looking to increase their bicep gains.
