Product Overview
Inspired by Cal Dietz' 3-phase Triphasic Training System, these outrigger arms let you add the third phase—concentric training—to your TITAN Series power rack.
Mount them to the top of your rack, add bands, and train explosive speed and power with band accelerated overspeed jumps. The bands reduce your load, letting you develop explosive force that supports faster sprint starts, higher jumps, and quicker cuts. These arms can also be used to anchor bands and straps for a wide range of resistance training movements.
