This 2-in-1 machine doubles as a GHD and an H-PND machine to work your lower body and entire posterior chain, including your glutes, hamstrings, legs, and back with reverse hyperextensions, hamstring curls, sit ups, donkey kicks and more — all with the footprint of one space-saving piece of equipment. That means you get a killer session in and can perform hyperextensions to promote spinal decompression and eliminate lower back pain without missing a workout. Featuring a 10" loadable sleeve, this machine fits Olympic-sized weight plates and has two sturdy steel handles with knurling that adjust to six positions in 2" increments to create the perfect distance for each exercise. Constructed with sturdy powder-coated steel, this machine has a wide base to prevent tipping, even during intense workouts — and comes with two spring collars, a hyper strap, and rubber feet to protect your floor.
